Sastojci
Za kore:
3 x 5 bjelanca
3 x 10 kasika secera u prahu
3 x 5 kasika mljevenih oraha
3 x 2 kasika brasna
Za krem:
1 litar mlijeka
15 zumanaca
10 kasika secera
9 kasika brasna
250 gr secera u prahu
250 gr margarina/maslaca
150 gr mljevenih oraha
malo mlijeka da se popare orasi
200 gr cokolade
3 kesice slag krema od vanile
200 ml mlijeka ili kisele vode za slag krem
Priprema
Napraviti 3 korice od po 5 bjelanaca, 10 kasika secera u prahu, 5 kasika oraha i 2 kasike brasna. Brasno i orahe pomijesati i lagano varjacom umjesati u umucene bjelance. Peci na 180 stepeni oko 25 minuta svaku koru. Kad su pecene pokriti ih krpom dok spremate krem.
Krem: 7 zumanaca pomijesati sa 10 kasika secera i 9 kasika brasna i skuhati krem u 1l mlijeka. Umutiti 8 zumanaca sa 250g prah secera. Posebno umutiti 250g margarina, pa izmjesati sa umucenim zumancima i sve izjednaciti sa ohladjeniim kremom.
1/3 fila izdvojiti i dodati 150g oraha poparenih mlijekom (potrebno je malo mlijeka da bude kasasto). U preostale 2/3 fila dodati 200g otopljene cokolade na skroz slaboj vatri. Umutiti 3 slag krema od vanile sa mlijekom ili kiselom vodom i filovati: kora, slag, crni fil, kora, slag, bijeli fil, kora, slag, crni fil. Staviti slag po ivicama. Ja stavljam crni fil jer ga ima najvise.

Ja prepisala,mada mi se cini da je malo vise secera.Ja obicno u fil stavaljam samo 250 gr i biva dovoljno slatka,a ovde ide jos 10 kasika secera.Ostalo je u redu,mada se na slici torte vidi beli slag ,a ne zuti od vanile.Cekaju me 3 rodjendana u februaru ,pa malo promene ne fali.

Prepare the three whipped creams with milk or mineral water and then proceed to assemble the cake. First you put a cake layer, then the whipped cream, than the dark cream filling, than the layer, again whipped cream, then white cream filling, and once more the cake layer, whipped cream and dark cream filling. On the edges place the remaining whipped cream and decorate it as you like.
